Solid primitive that reactively reads every hotkey registration, chords and sequences, from the singleton HotkeyManager. Narrow each view with kind.

This primitive does NOT require the HotkeysProvider.

Returns

An accessor for all registrations, without callbacks

() => HotkeyRegistrationView[]
